Discover the aromatic Tonka beans from Chef Philippe's Selection. Known for their sweet, slightly spicy, and smoky almond scent, these beans are enhanced with subtle hints of vanilla and caramel, offering an extremely aromatic profile. Tonka beans are a favourite ingredient for desserts like crème anglaise, crème brûlée, cakes, and chocolate.

Tip: For enhanced aromas, grate or grind the beans at the last minute before use.
Tonka bean is a dark, wrinkled bean with a length of about 3cm and a width of 1cm.
