  • Sauce pan
  • pastry basin
  • wooden spatula
  • electronic thermometer

Method for To melt chocolate coating:

Prepare all the ingredients.

Crush the chocolate coating into tiny bits...

...and place in a bain-marie.

Stir during the melting stage using a wooden spatula to avoid overheating.

Stop cooking in the bain-marie soon as it seems melted.

Respect maximum temperature of 50°C during the melting process.
