Transactions on the Meilleur du Chef website are completely secure by the SystemPay payment system of the Banque Populaire banking group. Meilleur du Chef has chosen for you the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system used by all the major players in online commerce.
Validating a payment by credit card takes place in 3 steps:
- Once on the payment form correctly completed, the banking information is directly transmitted to SystemPay in secure mode without passing through Meilleur du Chef.
- SystemPay verifies the information and validates the transaction by a receipt to the customer.
- SystemPay confirms the validation of the payment to Meilleur du Chef who can then process the order.

Payment by debit or credit card: Visa & Mastercard
Your account will be debited 3 days after placing your order. Your banking information (credit card number and expiry date) is encrypted by the SSL system and then processed by our financial partner, Banque Populaire. Thus, paying for a purchase with Meilleur du Chef does not involve any risk.
Since the activation of progressive 3D-Secure, SystemPay may request additional verification via your banking application.
Payment with a PayPal account
When selecting payment with PayPal, you will be automatically redirected to the PayPal platform. Once the payment has been approved by PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of Meilleur du Chef to complete your order.
Payment in 2 or 3 interest-free instalments
For any order between €80 and €2000, a payment option in 2 or 3 installments free of charge in partnership with ALMA is offered.
Only available to customers in France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria or Ireland.
Payment by cheque issued in Euros
The items will be held from the stock and the preparation of your order will start upon reception of the cheque. The stocks indicated when placing your order may change.
Payment by bank transfer
You make a transfer via your banking application by providing our bank details. Your order will only be validated and shipped upon receipt of your payment.
