In case of absence upon delivery, a notification card is left in your mailbox with details of the post office where you can collect the parcel. The parcel must be collected within 15 days, otherwise it will be returned to our facility.

Next-day delivery before 1pm. at a collection store is available in mainland France only, from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
The recipient will receive an email or text notification once the parcel is available for collection. If the initially chosen collection point is unavailable, the parcel will be delivered to a nearby pick-up store.
The maximum weight for a shipment is 20 kg. Parcels exceeding this weight will incur charges for a second parcel. This offer applies only to parcels delivered within mainland France, excluding Corsica and the islands.
Free home delivery (France only)

This express service relies on a dense network of 70 Chronopost agencies and 15,500 depot centres (10,000 post offices and 5,500 pick-up stores).
Saturday delivery:
For orders dispatched on Friday, you may choose next-day delivery on Saturday before 1pm by selecting the 'Chronopost samedi' option.
