  • 1 cutting board
  • 1 kitchen knife
  • string

Method for To tie up a muscle:

Prepare all ingredients.

Pass the string horizontally around the piece of meat and tie up.

Repeat the process this time vertically (from the bottom up) and tie up.

Pass the string under the piece facing you and begin to make turns from a few centimeters of the end.

Make a full turn by tightening the string...

...and continue that way respecting regular spaces.

At the last turn, make a final knot.
