The Béatrice Decora mould, featuring a fluted heart shape, is a resilient die-cast aluminium mould,
complemented by a non-stick coating for enhanced usability.
Ideal for both sweet and savoury recipes.

Uses:
Perfect for the preparation of yoghurt cakes, sponge cakes, or hazelnut cakes.
After releasing from the mould, decorate with icing sugar, fruit, chocolate chips, or other toppings.

Vanilla sponge cake (serves 8):
200g flour
200g sugar
200g melted butter
4 eggs
2 bags of baking powder
Vanilla extract
10 sugar cubes
Create caramel with sugar cubes and water.
Pour the caramel into the mould.
In a bowl, mix the sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, baking powder and vanilla.
Pour over the caramel and bake at 210°C for 40 to 45 minutes.

• Colour: Champagne
• Use in the oven up to 220°C
• Handwash with a non-abrasive sponge (no dishwasher) and dry thoroughly.
