Cremabueno is a cream, a frosting or a filling.
A gourmet and regressive recipe proposed by Decorgel.
A creamy cream with notes of milk and hazelnuts.
It can be enjoyed directly on toast, pancakes, crepes or waffles.
But also as a filling in pastries, Viennese pastries, or as a topping on ice cream.

Recipe suggestions: éclairs, mille-feuilles, choux, verrines, desserts, or as a replacement for a pastry cream in tarts.
Cremabueno can be piped or spread with a spatula on preparations.
