Panibois

Panibois, founded in 1993, is a global leader in the manufacture and sale of wooden trays and baking molds for food products. Initially targeting the fruit and vegetable market, the company created its own market.

In 2001, it modified its machines to replace stapling with gluing, making its products 100% biodegradable.

Today, Panibois has four machines for square, rectangular, and octagonal baking molds, as well as a special machine for tart rings.

The trays are made France from high-quality natural poplar wood. The company employs 40 people and sells its products in 30 countries, with 50% of sales in France.

The range of wooden molds includes 25 different models, suitable for various markets such as bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, butchers, caterers, restaurateurs, cheesemakers, and grocers.
