Discover these delicious tomato petals candied with wild garlic by Maison Marc Peyrey. The tomato petals are delicately peeled and candied in a blend of olive and sunflower oils, then combined with fragrant wild garlic. This process gives them their smoothness and roundness.

Made from Roma tomatoes grown in France, these petals are perfect for aperitif toasts, fresh pasta, rice, semolina, pizzas, and pan-fried vegetables. Combined with wild garlic, they also complement fish and seafood dishes beautifully.

These candied tomato petals can be used in savoury cakes, to accompany fish en papillote, make meat stuffings, enhance omelettes, or enrich mixed salads. They pair wonderfully with all types of cheese and any cheese-based dish.

  • Net drained weight: 200g
  • Best before: 12 months in original sealed packaging. After opening, keep for 2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight box, covered with its oil.
