Garlic cream is tasty, natural and very convenient to use in everyday cooking.
Made from soaked, desalted, then drained garlic cloves.
They are then crushed and added to a mixture of oils and herbs in order to preserve them and develop all their aromas.
Garlic cream with its pronounced taste can simply be used to season steamed or pan-fried vegetables, fish fillets, pasta dishes or be enjoyed on toast of fresh bread as an aperitif.
