Sweet mild artisanal vinegar deliciously flavoured with cinnamon.
A delicious vinegar made only with whole fruit, unpasteurized, no added sulphites.
Vinegar ideal for deglazing white meats and duck breast. It is also perfect for preparing original marinades.
As a vinaigrette, it delicately flavours rice or semolina salads.

The discovery of the Saint-Jacques vinegar factory by the best of the chef was a revelation. This artisanal company is one of ten French vinegar factories to produce natural vinegars using the Orleans method. Based on one of the routes leading to Compostela, it makes maximum use of local raw materials.
