This 100% peanut butter is handcrafted in France, in the Basque country, and contains no additives.
The peanuts are shelled and roasted to enhance their flavours.
They are then ground and refined to obtain a smooth and easy-to-work-with paste.
Peanuts are a good source of plant-based protein, fibre, healthy fats and minerals, making them nutritionally beneficial.
This peanut butter adds sweetness and originality to your pastries, baked goods, and even savoury recipes.

Uses:
The 100% peanut butter is delicious as a tart base or incorporated into various preparations such as crémeux, mousse, fondant and ice cream.
It can also be used in savoury recipes such as chicken with satay sauce, stir-fried vegetable with prawns, poke bowl, etc.
Or enjoy peanut butter as a spread on a slice of toasted bread. Yummy!

Recipe idea: Chicken stir-fry with peanut (serves 2)

• 2 chicken fillets
• 50g raw peanuts
• 1/2 onion
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsps. 100% peanut butter
• salt
• a pinch of Espelette pepper

Peel and chop the onion into small cubes.
Slice the chicken fillets.
Sauté the onion in a pan with olive oil for a few minutes, then add the chicken and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Add the peanuts, 100% peanut butter, salt, and chili, and simmer over low heat for another 5 minutes.
Serve with a side of basmati rice.
