Free from added preservatives and soya lecithin, this 100% hazelnut paste is perfect for enriching the flavors of your creams, pastries, ice creams, and more.

Applications:
Ideal as a tart base, for crafting cakes or the renowned Paris-Brest, or even just savoured alone as a spread or topping on cereal bowls for breakfast. It also lends a unique twist to both sweet and savoury dishes, such as a pan-fried meat or mushroom dish.

Ingredients: Hazelnuts (Italian Piedmont PGI) 100%.
Additives: No preservatives or soya lecithin added.
