Hot chocolate recipe with spices for 4 people:
Heat in a saucepan over low heat 1L of Celaya hot chocolate from Valrhona with 15 g of "Un air de vin chaud" mixture. Turn off the heat to a simmer and let infuse for 7 to 10 minutes. Return to heat, whisk to foam and serve immediately. For the real epicureans, we strongly recommend to prepare this chocolate the day before and reheat it after at least 12 hours, it will be so much better after a long infusion.
