This cooking thermometer with stainless steel probe provides an accurate reading of the core temperature of ingredients, between 0°C et 300°C.
Allows you to set a cooking temperature: an alarm sounds when it is reached.
The stainless steel cable withstands oven temperatures (be careful not to damage the cable inside the oven door).
