Water-soluble pink natural colouring powder for pastry preparations, confectionery, ice cream, fruit and vegetable preparations.
Sosa developed a range of highly effective natural colouring powders to add beaufiful colours to your recipes while using very little colouring.

Applications :
Recommended quantity: 5g/kg or 0.5-5g/kg for ice cream
For preparations with low pH.

Ingredients: maltodextrin, betanin E162 (beetroot red), citric acid
100% plant origin
Aspect: Pink powder
Store away from direct light betweeen 15°C and 25°C in original packaging.
