Description

This bread mix pack is an opportunity to try making homemade bread!
Two preparations tested and developed by Chef Philippe to obtain a soft bread with a crispy crust!
A plain version and a seeded version.
Nothing complicated, just follow the steps described on the packaging.
These preparations are made with healthy, quality products.

Casserole bread mix:

Ingredients: T45 wheat flour (France), T65 Traditional wheat flour (France), rye flour (France), fine salt (EU), dried baker's yeast (France).
Ingredients to add: water, oil

Wholegrain casserole bread mix:

Ingredients: T45 wheat flour (France), 5-seed mix - peeled sesame, natural toasted sesame, brown flax, golden flax, sunflower seeds (Spain), fine salt (EU), dried baker's yeast (France).
Ingredients required: water, oil

Store away from light and heat in its original packaging.
