Ingredients for 12 tapas:

  • 1 french baguette
  • 100 g of softened butter
  • toothpicks
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 goat cheese log
  • herbes de Provence

Method for Fresh goat cheese and tomate tapas:

Prepare all the ingredients.

Thinly slice the French baguette diagonally.

Using a metal spatula, butter the slices of bread.

Thinly slice the tomato.

Cut the cheese log in thinly slice.

Place the slices of tomato and cheese on buttered slices of bread.

Sprinkle with herbes de Provence.

Hold together with a toothpick.
