Ingredients for Marinade for certain meat or raw fish.:

  • Peanut, sunflower or olive oil
  • lemon
  • aromatic herbs
  • salt
  • Espelette pepper
  • salmon, beef...

Method for Marinade for cold cooking:

Prepare all the ingredients.

Thinly slice the fish filet.

Place the slices on the bottom of a stainless steel disposal container.

Sprinkle with the juice of the squeezed lemon.

Add salt and pepper...

...and flavour with the selected herbs.

Sprinkle with a drizzle of oil.

Cover...

...and leave to rest in the fridge.
