In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
Crack the 2 eggs.
Mix with a whisk, gradually incorporating the flour...
...then gradually adding the milk...
...until fully incorporated as the batter thickens.
The batter should be smooth. Add a bit of orange blossom water for flavour.
Add the melted, cooled butter. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes.
Preheat an electric crepe maker or a blini pan.
Lightly grease the moulds with a pastry brush.
Pour the batter onto the plate, filling each cavity.
Cook the pancakes on one side. Halfway through, flip them using a wooden crepe spatula.
Remove from the pan and enjoy warm for breakfast or as a snack, served with jam, spread, honey, or maple syrup.
