To fry a breaded meat

Prepare all the ingredients.

Heat the oil in a sauté pan.

When hot, add a knob of butter.

Place the breaded pieces in the hot fats.

Flip halfway through cooking after checking that the side in contact with fats is well browned.

Leave to brown on the second side. Add a bit of fats if necessary.

Dress immediately.
