This stainless steel bar, new for 2025 from Mallard Ferrière, is used with the Long non-stick pan, special for viennoiseries.

It fills the gap in the non-stick bar mold and prevents the dough from falling. The idea is to create a hollowed-out dough that can be filled with fillings.
A whole range of recipes is then imaginable, from sweet to savory, from the most indulgent (filled with cream) to the lightest (filled with fruit)...
A simple but very well thought-out utensil for creative and original baking.
