The one piece design baking tray, crafted from 15/10 blue steel, boasts a completely waterproof construction with right angles.
Prior to placing an order, please ensure the compatibility of tray size with your oven.

First use: seasoning the baking tray
To season the baking tray, heat to 100°C.
Grease the tray and heat it upside down for 2 hours at 180°C to allow the excess grease to escape. Take the baking sheet out of the oven and wipe with a dry cloth, then grease again. The blue steel baking sheet is now seasoned and ready to use.

Grease the tray before each use.
Clean the tray with a dry cloth while it is still hot.
Avoid using an abrasive sponge, and refrain from storing the tray in a humid environment such as a cold room, fridge or dishwasher.

Maintenance of blue steel bakeware:

Given the characteristics of blue steel material, any utensil made from steel sheet or blued sheet requires special maintenance precautions. Rust may develop if the utensil is exposed to damp environments or if it is not thoroughly dried after washing.
We strongly advise lightly greasing the blue plate between each use to minimize the risk of rust formation.
Please note that this precaution does not indicate any fault or manufacturing defect in the product.
