These pans are made of thick aluminium (1mm) and feature a multi-layer, non-stick interior coating and a protective exterior lacquer. The non-stick surface does not require any greasing and facilitates release from the mould.
The exterior lacquer makes cleaning really easy.
Thanks to the aluminium material, the heat is evenly distributed for optimal baking results.
EXAL moulds are 100% stainless and are suitable for use in deep-freezers.
To clean the pan, simply wash or wipe, that's it!
