This professional blowtorch head is super compact, economical and easy to store.
Screw the head on a gas cartridge, then turn the adjustment valve anti-clockwise until you can hear the gas coming out. Press the ignition button to turn on the flame. Use to valve the adjust the intensity of the flame or to turn it off.

Ideal for home cooks and beginners, this blowtorch is designed for browning the tops of meringues, caramelising creme brulee or assembling cooked sugar elements together. Slightly heat the sides of a stainless steel ring to release a frozen dessert easily.

Gas cartridge sold separately. 1 cartridge lasts between 1.5 and 2 hours.
