Steel round springform cake tin with a removable base and hinge. Non-stick coating. Reinforced rolled edges.
Ensures a perfect release from the mould. High resistance to abrasion. The thickness of the coating ensures a longer lifespan.
Like all springform pans, this mould is not completely leakproof. We recommend using this mould for preparations with a texture that is compact or semi-thick.
For liquid batters, line the mould with a sheet of greaseproof paper.
