Cleaning instructions:
Flexipan moulds should be cleaned after each use. According to the preparation used in the mould, simply soak or rinse with hot water. If this is not sufficient, use a non-scratch sponge and clean with hot water and a gentle cleaning agent.

Flexipan moulds are manufactured in over 80 different shapes and in 3 different standard formats: pâtissier (60 x 40 cm and 40 x 30cm) and gastronorm (GN 1/2 - 32.5 x 26.5cm).
