The Silpat silicone madeleine mold allows you to easily make 16 delicious madeleines.
This mold is made with the same technology as the classic Silpat cooking cloth, which gives it significant non-stick properties without greasing as well as proven longevity.
It is made from fiberglass and silicone in a Silpat factory in Warin in the north of France.
Convection or traditional oven, this mold allows even cooking of your savory and sweet madeleines.
It is dishwasher safe for easy maintenance.
This mold require the use of a perforated baking sheet or a rack.

Complies with international legislation on materials intended for food contact.
