This Silpat mold allows you to make 12 delicious square savarins.
Thanks to this 12 square savarins mould, you can make tasty cakes, sometimes sugar for dessert or a snack, sometimes savory for an aperitif.
This mold is made with the same technology as the classic Silpat cooking cloth, which gives it significant non-stick properties without greasing as well as proven longevity.
It is made from fiberglass and silicone in a Silpat factory in Warin in the north of France.
This mold allows uniform cooking in all types of ovens, it is also resistant to freezing for your desserts requiring cold setting.
Easy to maintain, it is dishwasher safe.
This mold require the use of a perforated baking sheet or a rack.
