Uses:
Use the Decora Sophia mould to create splendid yoghurt cakes, sponge cakes, soft fruit cakes, chocolate cakes, hazelnut cakes, etc.
After releasing from the mould, decorate with icing sugar, fruit, chocolate chips, or other toppings.

Caramel flan recipe (serves 6):
700g whole milk
6 eggs
80g sugar
1 vanilla pod
Heat the milk with the split vanilla pod.
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with the sugar.
Whisk this mixture into the hot milk.
Pour the mixture into the Decora Sophia tin.
Bake in a bain-marie for 20 to 30 minutes at 180°C.
You can serve your flan with homemade caramel. If so, prepare it beforehand and place it in the bottom of the tin before baking.
