The 8-flower Daisy mould is the result of a collaboration between Silikomart and Carmine di Donna, an Italian pastry chef and consultant for businesses, pastry shops, and cooking schools. This very spring-like shape allows you to create a frill to decorate the entremet. Made of 100% platinum silicone, it is easy to clean and use.
Comes with a double cutter.
