A flexible casting bar that allows you to form chocolate and sugar into any desired shape.
Patented system: aluminium wire inside a silicone bar.
Create any shape of your choice for original showpieces of either poured sugar or chocolate.
The aluminium wire ensures the shape is maintained and the silicone material prevents sugar and chocolate from sticking to it.
For larger shapes, simply assemble several bars together.
