Graiss'Vit aerosol, made by Malcos, helps with mould release when using moulds, baking trays, baking dishes, or planchas. Suitable for all types of materials (plastic, silicone, stainless steel, aluminium, copper, etc.), it protects against corrosion and makes cleaning easier. The Graiss'Vit formulation is stable during cooking, odourless, and does not impart any taste to the final product.

A French production and innovative for this aerosol:

• The aluminium spray (rather than iron) guarantees safe use
• A pocket inside the can ensures targeted, hygienic distribution, like a 'film' on the mould
• The formulation contains more lecithin than other products on the market for better hold, especially on the vertical edges of utensils
• The aerosol nozzle ensures an even, long-lasting spray

Applications:
Spray 20-30 cm from the surface to obtain an even layer. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames, and any other source of ignition.

• Ingredients: rapeseed oil, sunflower or rapeseed lecithin, propellant: nitrogen
• 100% vegetable composition, no soya, no palm oil, no GMOs, and non-ionised
• Best-before date: 29/04/2025 - the manufacturer will grant a waiver on request to extend the use of the product until 29/10/2025
• Storage: at room temperature (the product sets below 15°C)
