Shake well and spray a thin, even layer at a distance of 25/30cm from the surface of the frozen dessert.
Avoid excessive use. Wait 4 hours before serving.
This is an extremely flammable aerosol: do not preheat the spray in a bain-marie before use as it may burst under the effect of heat.
