Description

Tritan mould with 18 cavities for making beautiful lollipops. These injected moulds offer several advantages:

  • Glossy finish
  • Easy to demould
  • Easy maintenance
  • Very high resistance
  • Transparency for easy colour decoration

The mould comes with a reusable spacer and 2 pins to position and fix the lollipop stick while it crystallises. Additionally, 20 sticks are included in this kit.

Tritan is an amorphous copolyester known for its excellent appearance and clarity. It contains a release agent derived from vegetable sources. Its most outstanding features include excellent toughness, hydrolytic stability, and heat resistance.

This new-generation copolyester can be moulded for a variety of applications and is resistant to the dishwasher environment, high heat, humidity, and aggressive cleaning detergents. Tritan™ TX1001 copolyester complies with US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations for repeated-use food contact. It is certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 51 for Food Equipment Material and is also certified to NSF/ANSI Standard 61.
