I dont have enough work space to place a marble slab and temper the chocolate, neither enough time to keep on stiring to bring the temperature down.
And it should have the capacity to temper even a 250gm, 500gm to 1kg.
My country has 220V, will the machine be able to run in it smoothly. And how much it takex to reheat the machine as i have to calculate electricity units burning.
Im a professional patissier but home based, my all small and large equipments are from Williamsonom and ChocolateWorld. Kindly guide me and how much shipment charges will it take.
