The Jivara 40% milk chocolate tasting bar is a unique blend of cocoa beans from Ecuador and Ghana.
The perfect balance between intense, round chocolatey notes of a milk chocolate with a fairly high cocoa content
and delicate hints of vanilla and malt.
Jivara is available several formats: chocolate fèves, chocolate blocks or chocolate tasting squares... a must-have in your kitchen!

Ingredients: cocoa butter, whole milk powder, sugar, cocoa beans, brown sugar, natural vanilla extract, emulsifier (sunflower lecithin), barley malt extract.
Storage: In a dry place between 16 and 18°C
