Mangaro 71% dark chocolate is made from beans grown on an ancient mango plantation in Madagascar, known as Mangamaro, meaning "where there are many mangoes".
This unique soil, where mango and cocoa roots intertwine, imparts the chocolate with distinctive notes.
Vanilla, litchi, and other natural wonders also thrive in this fertile valley.

The beans are fermented and dried directly on the plantation before being roasted and processed at the Cluizel factory, following a traditional, time-honored method.

Mangaro 71% dark chocolate offers an initial tangy burst of exotic fruit, followed by the comforting sweetness of gingerbread, hot chocolate, and citrus.

Chocolate is sensitive to heat during transport. In warm weather, it may melt in the parcel and form a block, but this does not affect its taste.
