Tulakalum 75% dark chocolate perfectly combines the strength of character of Belizean cocoa beans with lighter, fruity and spicy notes.
Made without lecithin, this is a rare cocoa, with a high level of natural fats, which is suitable for all pastry or chocolate applications.
In the Mayan dialect, Tulakalum means "Together", reflecting the partnership between Valrhona and this plantation located in the heart of the country.

Applications:
With an intermediate fluidity, this chocolate is particularly suitable for creams and ganaches.
