Discover Marc Peyrey's sun-dried tomato petals, Provence style.
Pre-dried in a traditional oven, these tomato petals are preserved in a blend of olive oil, sunflower oil, thyme, and rosemary. Made from Roma tomatoes grown in France, they boast a rich flavour and soft texture.

These versatile tomato petals are perfect for aperitif toasts, fresh pasta, rice, semolina, pizzas, and pan-fried vegetables. They can be used in savoury cakes, to accompany fish en papillote, to enrich meat fillings and omelettes, or to liven up mixed salads. They pair beautifully with all types of cheese and cheese-based dishes.

• Ingredients: Dried tomato petals 60%, olive and sunflower oil, thyme 2%, rosemary 1%, salt.
• Net drained weight: 200g
• Best before: 12 months in original sealed packaging. After opening, keep for 2 weeks in the fridge in an airtight box, ideally covered with its oil.
