We selected this Indonesian satay spice blend combining chilli, peanuts, spices and chunks of dried prawns.
The result is a balanced mix of sweet and savoury flavours and heat. This Satay spice blend is a great addition to poultry marinades, fish recipes, rice, pasta and sauces.

Chef Philippe's tip: For marinades, dilute with a little hot water or a mix of peanut oil and sesame oil.

Ingredients: Various spices including chilli, salt, sugar, sesame, prawn powder, garlic, peanut, vegetable oil, natural flavouring, sodium glutamate (E261).
