Clarance saffron mustard is made from seeds grown, harvested and ground on site with a stone mill, on the family farm.
A little cider vinegar and white wine from the Sauvignon Val de Loire producer are added to these seeds to obtain a perfect texture and flavor, summarizing all the know-how of Clarance.

In this recipe comes a final touch a touch of saffron, well known for its delicate aroma and its pretty golden hue. Its harvest being particularly difficult, this explains its price.

An exceptional mustard that goes perfectly with white meats or fish. But also certain mature cheeses or cold meats.
