Tarragon mustard combines the powerful taste of traditional Clarance mustard with the freshness of this aromatic plant.
Tarragon is widely used in cooking, as an accompaniment to meats, and is notably used in the composition of the famous Béarnaise sauce.
This mustard delicately enhances vinaigrettes, marinades and sauces and can add an original taste to sandwiches and burgers.
