Description

Gnocchetti have a typical shape like small rounded shells that allows the sauce to cling to every fold, creating a particularly indulgent experience.
In Sardinia, gnocchetti are often enjoyed simply, with a sauce made from lamb, sausage, or fresh tomatoes, but they also pair beautifully with more complex sauces featuring local cheeses such as pecorino sardo, or served in hearty rustic soups.

Made from durum wheat semolina and spring water from the Gragnano valley, this dry pasta is a specialty of the Naples region.
These pasta shapes boast excellent cooking resistance.
The bronze-die extrusion and slow drying at low temperature contribute to the pasta's density, deep flavour, and excellent digestibility, while also reducing shrinkage.
Their distinctively rough texture allows sauces or fillings to cling perfectly, ensuring a truly exceptional dish.
Produced in one of the oldest pasta factories in Gragnano, using only local, high-quality Senatore Cappelli durum wheat.
