Made from 100% durum wheat semolina and spring water sourced from the Gragnano valley, this dry pasta is a true speciality of the Naples region.
Renowned for its excellent cooking resistance, this pasta is extruded through bronze dies and dried slowly at low temperatures. This traditional method enhances the pasta's density, deepens its flavour, improves its digestibility, and limits shrinkage during cooking.
Thanks to their coarse, ridged surface, Lumaconi are ideal for holding sauces or for stuffing — the perfect base for an indulgent and satisfying dish.
Produced in one of the oldest pasta factories in Gragnano, using only local, high-quality Senatore Cappelli durum wheat.
