Rigatoni, with their wide, ridged cylindrical shape, are among the most iconic and beloved pasta types in Italy.

Made from 100% durum wheat semolina and spring water from the Gragnano valley, this dry pasta is a celebrated speciality from the Naples region.
It offers outstanding resistance to cooking. Thanks to traditional bronze extrusion and slow drying at low temperature, this pasta develops remarkable density, rich flavour, and excellent digestibility, while also minimising shrinkage during cooking.

The coarse, ridged surface of the rigatoni holds sauces beautifully and makes it ideal for generous, flavour-packed dishes.
Produced in one of the oldest pasta factories in Gragnano, using only local, high-quality Senatore Cappelli durum wheat.
