Made from spring water and French durum wheat, carefully shaped with bronze molds, these coquillettes thus acquire a distinctive characteristic. The gradual drying process and the use of high-quality semolina give these pasta remarkable digestibility.
During preparation, favor the use of a spacious pot by adding 1 liter of water for every 100 g of dry coquillettes, or about 3 liters of water to cook 250 g of coquillettes. Immerse the coquillettes in boiling water, then follow the cooking time indicated on the label as soon as the boiling resumes. Afterward, drain and serve hot! Enjoy your meal!
