They are made from spring water and French durum wheat, using bronze molds, giving them an exceptional characteristic. The slow drying process and the quality of the semolina used make these noodles a highly digestible food.
During preparation, be sure to use a spacious pot by adding 1 liter of water for every 100 g of dry noodles, or approximately 3 liters of water to cook 250 g of noodles. Immerse the noodles in boiling water, then follow the cooking time indicated on the label as soon as the boiling resumes. Then, drain and serve hot!
