They are created using spring water, French durum wheat, and squid ink, shaped with bronze molds, giving them an exceptional character. The gradual drying process and the quality of the semolina used make these pasta exceptionally digestible.
During preparation, favor the use of a spacious pot, adding 1 liter of water per 100 g of dry tagliatelle, or about 3 liters of water to cook 250 g of tagliatelle. Plunge the tagliatelle into boiling water, then follow the cooking time indicated on the label from the moment it resumes boiling. Then, drain and serve hot! Enjoy your meal!
