Description

This gluten-free smoked soy sauce offers a pure and distinctive touch to your culinary creations.
This sauce undergoes a unique process of smoking over cherry wood for a few minutes and a year-long fermentation before being bottled, resulting in its subtle flavour and velvety texture.
It achieves a harmonious balance between tamari soy sauce and a robust smoky essence,
making it versatile for various recipes.

Uses:
Perfect as a subtle enhancement for raw or cooked fish or as a marinade before cooking.
It pairs exceptionally well with mozzarella di buffala or burrata.

Recipe for exotic salad with smoked flavours (serves 2):

  • 1 avocado
  • 100g sticky rice
  • 1 black radish
  • A few pink radishes
  • 200g mozzarella di buffala
  • Black sesame seeds
Cook the rice according to the instructions on the packet.
Prepare the avocado using an avocado slicer.
Cut slices of radish and cubes of mozzarella.
Place the rice in the centre of a pretty plate, then add the avocado and radish slices on top.
Drizzle with olive oil, smoked soy sauce, and a sprinkle of black sesame seeds.
